If you heard the siren go off on the night of the 8th, the communications center had been struck by lightning, causing the siren to go off.
When the siren does go off, seek immediate shelter in an appropriate location; ideally a basement or cellar. If there is no where underground available, go to a small space in the interior of the building, such as a bathroom hallway.

Pay Your Utility Bill Online!
We've done it! You can now pay your City of Brush! Utility Bill online. Just click on the image to the right and you will be redirected to a new web page where you can log in using your City of Brush! Account ID. And good news, there is no fee for the service!
The first step to begin paying online is to register. Once a resident has registered, they are able to log in using their Account ID and Location ID, which can both be found on the utility bill statement that is mailed to each residence once a month. Take a look at the website and see if paying online is for you!
If you would like to setup automatic payments, come on in to the City of Brush! building and we will have you fill out a form to get you squared away.
