Watrous Park Disc Golf Course
The City of Brush! Parks & Recreation department is proud to announce that the new 9-hole Disc Golf Course at Watrous Park (behind Beaver Valley Elementary School) is ready for use! This course is part of a newly developed City park and home to new trees from the Arbor Day Celebration!
Inaugural Watrous Disc Golf Course Doubles Tournament Sept 17
The Brush Disc Golf Association along with the Parks & Recreation department would like to invite you out for the first Doubles Disc Golf Tournament at Watrous Disc Golf Course on September 17th at 8:30 am.
Information:
- There will be just one flight - each doubles team (2 people) will be in competition with all the other teams.
- $10 entry fee per competitor
- Tournament will be organized as a scramble and a shotgun start
- Trophy winners from the Singles tournament may not team up
- Additional Rules:
- Two Tier 1 players cannot team together
- Out of bounds in play for Tier 1 players only
- A team must use each partners drive at least one time per 9 holes
- Two 18 hole rounds with lunch and intermission between
- May select own partner or one will be assigned to you
- Trophies awarded for 1st and 2nd places
