Recycling in Brush!

Brush! is happy to be
providing a couple of
recycling options in
in our community!

1. Bring recyclables to the City Lot.
The City of Brush offers several single stream and corrugated
cardboard recycling bins located in the 100 block of Carson Street,
south of the Post Office.
These bins are open during business hours
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., excluding holidays.

2. Purchase a container for household use.
Single Stream recycling (50 gallon) household containers are
available for purchase through the City of Brush for $50. Once the
container is purchased, there is no additional fee for the service.
Household recycle containers are emptied every Wednesday. Please
have your container ready for empty by 7:00 a.m. each Wednesday.

*Please note:   corrugated cardboard must be recycled in the bins
provided on the City lot south of the Post Office in the 100 block of
Carson Street.  Otherwise, boxes can be broken down and set next to
your trash container for pickup on your regular trash day if not meant
for recycle. *

Please be patient with us while we search for another option for
glass recycling! At this time, we are not able to accept glass for
recycle and we apologize for the inconvenience while we work this
Thank you!

As always, call the City of Brush administrative
office at (970)-842-5001 with any questions you
may have or to arrange the purchase of a household
recycle container!
